Shipping policy

Recommendation: Choose expedited shipping method for Bonsai trees and Plants.

Shipping Bonsai Tree

We generally ship out Bonsai trees on Monday and Tuesday to avoid having them stay in the boxes for any extra time over the weekends. Severe weather can delay shipping, but that’s not usually an issue until winter.  

Shipping Non-Tree Items

All items (except for trees) are shipped within 72 hours of receiving payment. Most orders are shipped either the same day or the next day, depending on the time of day the order is received.

Shipping Carriers

We utilize all major shipping carriers which includes UPS, United States Postal Service and DHL.

Once your order ships, you will receive your USPS, UPS or DHL tracking information via email. If you would like further information, please contact us.

International Shipments

We cannot ship bonsai internationally (including Canada and Mexico) due to agricultural restrictions. Please ensure the delivery address you provide is accurate including Company, Suite, Floor, Apartment and Unit numbers as applicable.
